Unplanned Outages

On February 2, at 11:55am, TOPS started noticing some alerts from application servers being unresponsive. Technicians are looking into the issue.
Update - 2:35pm: It appears the issue started around 11:40 at the datacenter. We are still working to bring everything back up.
Update - resolved at 12:30am on 2/3.

Scheduled Downtimes and Alerts

Last Sunday of each month, from 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM, are reserved for WisTransPortal system maintenance. Wednesdays from 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM are reserved for minor WisTransPortal application maintenance. Scheduled maintenance times will be posted on this page.

On February 22, WisTransPortal server maintenance window is scheduled from 6 AM to 12 PM. Outages will happen through the morning that will affect ALL web-based systems including DOT DSP Crash Database & Resolve, TIA, CMAPS, TMP, and WisLCS. These systems will not be offline the entire time, but rather, there will be intermittent outages during the maintenance window for server restarts. Maintenance includes Microsoft patches and updates, security fixes and updates, and system reboots.
