The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Bureau of Highway Operations (BHO) maintains a complete set of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and Fiber System (ITSNET) As-Built Plan documentation. Online access to the As-Built Plans is maintained by the University of Wisconsin TOPS Lab on the WisTransPortal system.

The ITS As-Built Plans are available to engineering firms, diggers hotline, cable companies, and other organizations that require WisDOT ITS equipment and ITSNET fiber system location information.

To request a WisTransPortal login account, please send email to Steven T. Parker, Ph.D., IT Program Manager, at the TOPS Lab: sparker@engr.wisc.edu. Include your basic contact information with the request: name, organization, email address, and phone number. Please indicate that you are requesting access to the As-Built plans.
