Request an Account

Access to most WisTransPortal data retrieval tools requires an active login account. To request an account, contact Steven Parker, sparker@engr.wisc.edu, at TOPS Lab. Please include your basic contact information (name, email, and organization) and indicate which resource or resources (crash data, traffic video ,etc.) you would like to access.

Forgot Password

If you have an existing account but have forgotten the password, send mail to transportal@topslab.wisc.edu and request to have your password reset. Please include your username in the request. Or contact Steven Parker, sparker@engr.wisc.edu, at TOPS Lab if you cannot remember either your username or password.

Change Password

After you have logged in, you can change your password and other contact information at any time by clicking on the Manage Account link at the right hand side of the WisTransPortal navigation bar (next to the Contact and Help links). Send mail to transportal@topslab.wisc.edu if you have any difficulty using the Manage Account interface.
